Non-PV/BV items refer to products that do not carry PV (Point Value) or BV (Business Volume).

In Amway, PV and BV are used to calculate performance, bonuses, and group volume. However, some products or services are sold without PV/BV, which means:

  • They do not contribute to your personal PV/BV
  • They do not count toward bonus or performance calculations

Examples of non-PV/BV items may include:

  • Delivery or service/repair charges
  • Membership fees or renewal fees
  • Amway Booking Events fees
  • Product catalogue, Price List & Product brochures.
  • Certain spare parts, such as eSpring Elbow, Replacement Diverter, Noxxa Pressure Cooker Lid Cover, and others.

When a coupon states “excluding non-PV/BV items,” it means the coupon cannot be used to purchase items that do not carry PV or BV.
