2. Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Go to Amway's website.

Malaysia: https://www.amway.my

Singapore: https://www.amway.sg

Brunei: https://www.amway.com.bn

Login to the website by clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner.

 

Step 2: Click on Profile Icon and select Order History.

 

Step 3: Select the order.

 

Step 4: Click on the download icon.

📌Note: 

  • For shop orders, the invoice will be available after 24 hours from the order is placed. 
  • For online delivery/pick-up orders, the invoice will be available once the order status changes to "shipped."

Q: Why can't I download my order invoice immediately after placing my order?
A: For shop orders, the invoice will be available after 24 hours from the order is placed.
For online delivery/pick-up orders, the invoice will be available once the order status changes to "shipped."

 

Q: I still can't download my order invoice; the shop order was placed more than 24 hours ago or the order status is already marked as "shipped."
