Step 1: Go to Amway's website.
Malaysia: https://www.amway.my
Singapore: https://www.amway.sg
Brunei: https://www.amway.com.bn
Login to the website by clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner.
Step 2: Click on Profile Icon & select Order History.
Step 3: Refer to the below,
A) You may find your order using order number.
B) Filter option, which you can find your order using,
i. Order Date - Current Month, Last Month or Custom Date.
ii. Order Type - Regular, Renewals, Registration, ALP Order, Back Order, Negative Bonus Order Payment, Others.
iii. Channel - Shop, Online
iv. Order Mode - Delivery, Walk-in & Pickup
v. Order Category - My Orders & Volume Orders.
vi. Payment Type - ZIPP, PIF, EPP, BNPL
vii. Status - Confirmed, Shipped, Partially Shipped, Partially Picked, Ready for Pickup, Pickup Completed, Cancelled.
C) You may change the arrangement of your orders view as Latest Order, Oldest Order, Total Low to High or Total High to Low.
Step 4: Select the order you wish to view
Step 5: Order details will be shown here.
You may also click on 'Payment Details' to view payment records and 'Delivery Details' to view delivery address and tracking number information.
