To check your Backorder, please follow the below steps:

Step 1: Go to Amway's website.

Malaysia: https://www.amway.my

Singapore: https://www.amway.sg

Brunei: https://www.amway.com.bn

Login to the website by clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner.

Step 2: Click on Profile Icon & select Order History.

Step 3: Click on Backorder.

Step 4: Select the backorder number that you wish to check the status.

Step 5: Select the 3-dot option and click on Pending.

Step 6: Now you can view the status of backorder items.
