The PWP/GWP product purchased is not covered under the satisfaction guarantee category; it is only subject to the specific manufacturer's warranty for a specified period. The product will be replaced or refunded within the promotion period only if it has any manufacturing defects or is damaged during use.

 

To request a return or exchange, you may proceed to the nearest Amway shop during the promotion period.
