The free one-year Chubb Personal Accident Insurance coverage is a benefit to motivate and inspire them to grow their Amway business. This benefit will be extended only for renewed ABOships that have achieved 12% & Above. If upon ABOship renewal, an ABO does not achieve 12% & Above, they will no longer enjoy the free Chubb Personal Accident Insurance.
Sum of Coverage Schedule
This certifies that all renewed ABOships that have achieved 12% & above are covered by the Chubb Free Personal Accident Insurance (for Death and Permanent Disablement Coverage).
The sum of coverage will be in accordance with the schedule below per ABOship:
Terms and Conditions
1. This certificate is subject to the terms and conditions of the Master Policy No: HQA0057516-AGP.
2. The free personal accident insurance is reviewed annually and is subject to change at the company’s discretion.
3. Your ABOship must be continuous throughout the period of coverage in order to enjoy the benefits and you must be 12% & Above upon renewed memberships.
4. All ABOs must requalify every fiscal year in order to enjoy their respective sum of policy. In the event that you fail to requalify, the sum insured will be according to your current ABO pin level.
5. The policy covers on a per ABOship basis. If you are married, you and your spouse must be registered with Amway to enjoy the benefits.
6. The policy will only take effect after the acceptance and approval of the SA88 Form by Amway.
