  • Past events and training sessions will remain viewable for up to 3 months. For example, in April, you can still view events from January to April..

  • The lock icon indicates that the event/training is restricted to specific pin levels. For instance, if an event is for Platinum and Above, only users at that level can access the event’s details.

  • The “Book Now” button will appear when the event or training session is open for booking.

  • Yes, you must be logged in to view full event details and make a booking.

  • Simply click on any listed event/training to see the full schedule and details.

  • You’ll find the event schedule, key information and related resources. If there are any updates or additional materials after the event/training, they will be added to the same page.

  • Use the filter options to narrow down your search by type, language or location.

  • Bookings cannot be modified on the calendar platform. Please refer to your confirmation email for instructions or contact the Customer Careline for assistance.

  • Try adjusting the filters or extending the date range. If there are still no results, there may be no upcoming events matching your criteria.
