On 18 Jul 2026, Petaling Jaya was hit by one of the most severe flash floods in recent years, and unfortunately, our Amway Malaysia Headquarters was not spared. It is during challenging moments like these when we face adversity together that the true Amway spirit shines brightest. This is the same spirit that has carried us for the past 50 years—a spirit built on courage, resilience, compassion and unity.
While the events were unexpected, they reminded us that our greatest strength has always been our people. To our ABOs & APCs who were affected by the flash flood while visiting the Product Pavilion or attending the AM50 Expo, we are truly sorry for the distress, disruption and inconvenience caused.
As a one-time gesture of care and support, Amway Malaysia is introducing the AM50 Expo Flood Relief Programme for eligible ABOs & APCs whose vehicles sustained flood-related damage that required repairs while visiting Amway HQ, Petaling Jaya.
The support includes:
• RM500 worth of Credit Vouchers for the purchase of Amway products.
• One-to-one product replacement for Amway products damaged during the flood.

Eligibility & Supporting Documents
1. Proof of AM50 Expo Attendance or Product Pavilion Visit on 18 Jul
- AM50 Expo ticket;
- Product Pavilion purchase record; or
- Gift redemption record at the Product Pavilion.
2. Proof of Vehicle Ownership
- Vehicle Registration Card under the applicant’s name; or
- Vehicle Registration Card under a spouse’s or immediate family member’s name, together with proof of relationship.
3. Proof That the Vehicle Was Present During the Flood
- Police report;
- Towing service document;
- Insurance report; or
- Photographs or videos taken during or immediately after the incident.
4. Evidence of Flood-Related Vehicle Damage
- Vehicle repair quotation or invoice;
- Insurance claim report; or
- Other supporting documents showing flood-related damage.
5. One-to-One Product Replacement

Bring the damaged Amway product and proof of purchase to any Amway Shop nationwide.
